The types of work that Beth did included: educating teams in the basics of good development practices and Scrum and Agile processes, coaching, mentoring and training teams to be both more nimble and more rigorous, leadership training, Meyers Briggs management training workshops, enhancing team meeting management and communication skills, proposing more effective organizations, requirements/user story breakdown & story mapping workshops, portfolio and release management, and other related work to aid teams in being more predictable in delivering software and more effective in achieving company goals.
